I am a 67-year-old woman who believes life gets richer with age — this site reflects a life fully lived and still unfolding. I am married to BigDog and share my days with our pup Luna, I am a proud Gigi to my girl tribe of three — a role that keeps me grounded, laughing, and hopeful about the future.
Gigi’s Table is a place to slow down, pull up a chair, and talk about real life. Here you’ll find good food, some healthy recipes and of course some comfort food. Always good to enjoy a cup of coffee or a sip of tea.

Here I will blog about health, aging, love, grief, work, and everything in between.
Alongside family life, I also navigate subjects that we may not talk about openly. There will also be days of sipping a bourbon or a good glass of wine. Along with an occasional cigar on the lounge with BigDog.
This isn’t about perfection or having it all figured out. It’s about experience, resilience, flavor, laughter, and showing up as you are — even while we are all still in progress.
Welcome to the table.
